Relax in this lake house located on Fountain Lake, a small peaceful lake but only a couple blocks from large Lake Marion. Fishing and boating community. A dock is located on the property for access to Fountain Lake. 10 miles from Santee that boast top golf courses and many great restaurants. Eutawville also has restaurants. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. One king size luxury mattress in the main bedroom and matching twin beds in guest room great for the kids.

This home offers a private boat ramp, with 40' dock to tie off multiple boats, kayaks,canoe, paddle board, log & gas fire pits, corn hole boards, hot tub, beautiful 12x28 covered porch to enjoy the water and listen to the birds, swimming for the kiddoes, and plenty of yard space for entertainment and barbecue's for the entire family and friends to enjoy. Inside is beautiful & very accommodating.

Masterbed room and bath (queen and twin) ADA accessible. Second bath and bedroom with double, and 4 other sleeping spaces. (2 twins, and queen air mattress). No stairs to house or dock. One hour to downtown Charleston. Close to extensive hiking and biking trails We hope you'll enjoy it.
