Chalet Lilia, Romantic, Private, Breathtaking View

Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Strategic location 30 min drive from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 min from Madesimo, 40 min from Lake Lecco, 1.15 min from Milan and 5 min walk from convenience stores, tobacco shops and bars.

Casa Samuele Novate mezzola

Independent and newly built house with custom-made furnishings. It is in a quiet area at the foot of Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and Verceia, neighboring village, has access to the Trace is an interesting destination for montain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the consumption of methane gas for heating is paid separately.

Little Gem è una graziosa baita situata nella piccola località di Piazzaga è raggiungibile a piedi, posteggiando l’ auto nel paese di Torno, attraverso un panoramico sentiero di circa 30/40 minuti. Il trasporto dei bagagli in jeep è incluso nel prezzo e viene offerto fino a un massimo di 2/3 persone.
