Cabin in the country on private fishing ponds.

A private cabin located on two private ponds which are great for hanging out or catching bass, catfish, perch or crappie. The large pond is shared with other properties but there are flat bottom boats that can be used to explore both ponds. This cabin is great for getting away from it all. It is located just outside of Rusk, TX so it is still only about a 5 minute drive to town. There are speakers and lights outside for night time enjoyment and a fire pit for an evening fire. A secluded retreat!

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $5.00 per day per pet limit 2 pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning.
