Quiet green area, comfortable modern, homely apartment. It has a separate entrance, upstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with air conditioning. The apartment also has a cozy balcony overlooking the garden and the barbecue terrace. In the garden there is a trampoline and swing for children. The indoor barbecue terrace has a beer table for 10 people with benches and a swing bed, where you can comfortably eat, barbecue and drink wine.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
