Cozy and comfortable house-at 30 people.

New house with lake access, containing 6 suites with lake views, gourmet space, heated pool. The house accommodates up to 30 people, and one is charged from the 16th host. The house is in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe speedboats for rent.

Very charming home, resort style! Own marina with Pier for lagoon access and wet garage by boat. Beautiful View & Great Location! It is in front of the Escarpments Club, at the edge of the dam and the cooper track. Leisure area with pool, barbecue, hammock to relax and a wide and beautiful view of Lake Furnas.
