Comfortable studio, ground floor (film occulting windows), private parking, for 4 people in the station St Jean in Montclar, 2 hours from Marseille 50m from the lifts and 10 min from the Lac de Serre Ponçon (paragliding, mountain biking, hiking and skiing in winter) The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families with kids The studio is located under a shop that makes noises during the day. Open : end of December to April - weekend of May - July to September

Lovely T2 apartment with garden and private parking

The perfect base for visiting the area! Ideally located in Savines-le-lac, 5 minutes from the 2 main beaches and shops, you will be 12 km from the resort of Réallon and 12 km from Embrun. The apartment is nice and comfortable, equipped with new amenities. On one level, with ample parking in front of the entrance. Nice garden with views of the mountains and the forest. We provide a room with electricity to store your bikes, kayaks etc. Pets not allowed.

2 room apartment of 35 m2 very bright, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. Terrace and garden of 30 m2 facing south with lake and mountain view. Possibility to park your car in the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Embrun water body, a 5 minute drive to downtown, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
