Detached house with private salt pool.

Welcome to the southern Ardeche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything and present to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and boules games. The house is the enclosed land are independent, the owners have the same entrance gate on the grounds with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain views with St. Sebastian's Chapel. This year we set up a dome.

On the plateau of the classified village of Labeaume, a few hundred meters from the river, the 3-star accommodation is in a green setting (cork oaks, aromatic plants, limestone plates typical of Labeaume), stunning views of the rock of Sampson. The house is minutes away from Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2. For a beautiful Ardèche holiday, the house is equipped with a large swimming pool 7.5m x 3.5m, outdoor gas barbecue.

3-star cottage with pool

My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

10 minutes from Vallon Pont d 'Arc. Independent villa with private heated pool from March to mid-November secured by a shutter ,large bocce court. Quiet, ideal for a weekend or stay with the family . You can discover the chauvet cave. The gorges of the Ardèche, a must-see place, a natural site. Hike , heritage caves, village... Weekends except July-August you can stay until 5pm

Located 800m from the river Ardèche, the villa is an ideal starting point to visit the Ardèche halfway between the south (valley arch bridge) and the mountains of Ardèche (Mount gerbier de Jonc).
