Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche on the sea. I had a lot of fun renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cape Ferrat. Its central location close to the Old Town, the harbour and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Ideally located on the heights between nice and Villefranche sur Mer, near the large corniche,in a quiet natural setting and not overlooked. Our house near Nice has two apartments, one of which is entirely reserved for visits to family, friends and Airbnb rentals. We have adapted the hosting arrangements: enhanced cleaning of the premises between each rental, limited contacts, etc. The outbuildings (pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, linens, etc.).
