Apartment in unique place

This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Swimming can be done in the lake and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails in the area, nice places and there are attractions. The winter sports resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

For a stay in an exceptional natural setting, our 3* ** listed pavilion is located in Chorges on the edge of Lake Serre-Ponçon, at the Bay of Saint Michel, with views of the lake and the mountain. Many activities are offered on site: beach, sailing, water skiing, paddle boarding, boat rentals and pedal boats, hiking, mountain biking, boules, catering, snacks, etc. The shops of the village of Chorges are 5 minutes away by car. * Arrivals on Saturday in July - August, and school holidays.

quiet apartment in stone house

Appartement rénové dans une maison de charme , proche du lac et des stations de ski. Situé dans un endroit nature ou sentiers de randonnées sont accessible à pieds. Les stations de Crévoux, des Orres, de Réallon se trouvent à 20 minutes de voiture. Pour Vars, Risoul , stations du queyras, stations de Vallouise comptez 35 à 45 min de voiture. Certaines stations proposent du ski de fond . Le lac se trouve à quelques minutes de voiture. La zone commerciale est à 5 minutes. Embrun à 10min.

This accommodation located in a peaceful residence 2 steps from the slopes offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Tastefully renovated and equipped with care to not be missed. With 4 beds, it is ideal for an excursion in summer and winter. Very close to the resort center and the lifts, it enjoys an ideal location in the resort. The white forest estate with its 185 km of slopes and 35 lifts is not lacking in attractions in winter and summer alike.
