You will appreciate our very "cocoon" and atypical accommodation, located in a charming little Ardèche village "Lanas", near the Ardèche. The studio is functional and ideal for 2 people. On one level, it has an independent entrance to an enclosed courtyard (useful if you have bikes)... We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Our cottage is a village house on 2 levels that is located right next to our small village bar where we will be delighted to welcome you upon arrival. A few meters from the shops, the river and the departures of hiking, you can then enjoy the beautiful small village of Burzet Labélized Green Station for its quality of life. We put at your disposal our closed garage for bikes and bicycles and our charging station for electric vehicles.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation has been done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
