Charming step-free with 2 rooms on either side of a flowery patio, fully enclosed by walls, private, not overlooked: one bedroom with ensuite shower room (+toilet) opening onto the patio, facing the kitchen and another independent toilet. For a real vacation

This house is our holiday home, we spend very good times with our 3 children and we would like it to be able to accommodate passing guests on the shores of the Atlantic... The house is pleasantly located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. She's at the bottom of a dead end, very quiet. All journeys can be made on foot or by bike. The garden of 400 m2 is enclosed and planted. There's a parking spot. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Classified 2 * by the Tourist Office, charming new apartment, very bright and functional, 48 m2, 50 m from the Saint Martin marina. Neat decoration, warm atmosphere, soft and natural colors. Nice view of the ocean. Unique location in the pedestrian street which goes from the marina to the church, near shops, market, restaurants. Everything is done on foot. Bike rental companies 10 meters away. Private bicycle storage room. Wifi Internet.

QUIET two steps to the beach and the port,

Recently renovated little house with terrace and garden in the very quiet area of La Genette. 100 m max: shops, doctors, casino, walk in the parks and seaside. Self-service bike station. Beach,Downtown,Old Port and cinema are a 10-minute walk away. The house is perfectly adapted to receive a couple with 1 or 2 children, or teenagers. It would become UNCOMFORTABLE for 4 ADULTS. bedroom 2 is very cramped and the beds are beds 70 cm wide.

One of the most beautiful sea views of Ile de Ré for this quiet house, close to the port of La Flotte and the beach. Completely renovated in pure Rethais style. The house is in an uncrowded place even high season. We have improved hygiene , we use suitable products and we avoid departures and arrivals.
