The CABIN LOFT: balcony+parking 100 m from the sea.

This air-conditioned loft of 40m2 with original decoration version cabin enjoys an exceptional location for the city center. The entrance to the building is through the main shopping street of La Ciotat but it overlooks the parallel street located quietly with a view on the roofs . Located due East you can enjoy a balcony of 6 meters to have breakfast in the sun or read a book in the lounge chair .Parking secure at 150m included. A haven of peace in the city!

La Ciotat on foot! the sea and the calanques.

Small cozy nest in the heart of the city center 2 steps from the beaches, coves, shops and restaurants. Two bright rooms on the first floor of a small building. The environment is calm. Bed linen and towels are available on site. You can forget the car, anything can be accomplished on foot. The beaches are a 10-minute walk away. The Mugel and Figuerolles coves are 20 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. Enjoy the sweetness of Provence.

T3 Duplex standing beachfront exceptional view

Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
