Lovely 4-bedroom apartment in sunny and quiet Hamna, on Tromsøya. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The apartment is located in the top row and has free view towards the mountains (and of course northern lights) on Kvaløya. The direct bus to the city center stops right behind the apartment. The light slope with a well-established slope network for cross country skiing, trail biking and hiking is a stone's throw away. Bring your family to this great place with lots of space for fun. Good view from the patio. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed. Close to both mountains, ebb and beach Playgrounds, possibility for Top tours and ski/hiking trails nearby. Free parking with possibility of 2 cars. 10 min to the city centre, 25 min with bus, with good bus connections. Amazingly located top floor split level penthouse with private jacuzzi and sauna with a panoramic view of Tromsdalstinden, the cathedral and city bridge. Enjoy the Northern Lights from the balcony or jacuzzi. Spectacular view of new years celebration from this property. 5 min walk to all city activities and nightlife, central bus stop 1 min walk. Modern 2-room apartment with good and central location. The apartment is in a modern apartment building with a unique architectural appearance. Exit from living room to balcony with stunning views towards Tromso bridge, mainland etc. Access to northern lights from the balcony. The building has an elevator, as well as 2 terraces. Located in the north of the city with short distance to the center, bus, shop, playground etc. Car rental (Bilborsen) located in the same building as the apartment.

Welcome to Stakkevollvegen 98 D! This residence is ideal for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience in a central location. Modern & peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable 180x200 Swan bed. 55 inch TV with national TV app, Sonos facility, various games & books. Modern apartment with a view

Modern apartment just south of the city centre! The apartment comes with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a single bed. The living room is spacious with a lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. Just outside is the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the Malangen mountains. The city centre is just a 10-15 minutes walk or a 4 minute bus ride away, and there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes as well. Parking can be found about 1 km away in the city centre.

The building was completed in August 2023. The rental apartment has two floors. There is also a kiosk in the building. Modern standard and free parking space. The apartment is centrally located in Tromsdalen, right by the bridgehead. Short distance to the store (300 m) and kiosk (0 m), several bus stops nearby with good connections (0-50 m), pizzeria (200 m), Arctic Cathedral (100 m), cable car (500 m), Sherpa staircase (500 m), and a 20-minute walk to Tromsø city center.
