In this peaceful accommodation you can relax with the family or by yourself. Our house is 300 metres walking distance to the sea. The distance to the airport takes 20 minutes by private car or taxi. You can enjoy the sea view from the large terrace. Our location is a very quiet and spacious place. It is 40 kilometres (45 minutes) from the centre of Istanbul. This is a 156 year old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. There are lots of and various historical/new restaurants, cafes, bars and local shops in and around the Galata Tower Square. You will find boutique stores that sell mostly handcrafted jewelry, accessories, clothes, books and souvenirs, groceries supply all of your daily needs.

It is a sunny apartment in a great location. Few steps to Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Hippodrome square. Renting since Spring 2014. Has two bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not recommended for guests with health and/or mobility issues. Not recommended for travellers with a lot of heavy luggage or a lot of equipment such as strollers, etc. All rooms including the living room have air conditioner.
