Idyllically quiet 2-room apartment

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 min away by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. Shopping facilities are offered by the adjacent Milchhäusle. The village of Markgröningen with shopping facilities can be reached by car in 5 minutes, the nearest train station in 10 minutes (car). As can be seen in the pictures, there is also a new, fully functional kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. We are looking forward to your booking!

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. The renovated holiday home " La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees.
