Our 55m² basement apartment is located in the extension of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, directly at the foot of the Drachenfels and just a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you look at the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant quality of life and living. Here one feels comfortable and comes to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our in-law apartment has one bedroom with double bed (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozily furnished kitchen. The walls have been painted chemical-free with chalk paint.

A beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bath, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen await you. Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
