Historic Stone Studio in the Center of Split

Studio has large kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and large fridge with deep freeze. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Guests also have large Smart TV, free WiFi, digital receiver and Netflix. You can relax on a small terrace in front of the studio. Guests use the keypad on the side door to enter the studio. Prior to arrival, we will send you the code to open the door. Studio is located 500 m from UNESCO - protected Diocletian's Palace, St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil and sandy beach Bacvice. You can enjoy a simple stroll through the famous promenade Riva Split or visit Marjan Forest Park which offers pleasant walks under the pines by the sea. If you are more adventurous, ideal one day trip can be Omis, the river Cetina which offers many activities such as rafting, horseback riding and canoeing. Bus station and ferry are 5 minutes away on foot . Studio is 200 m away from restaurants, supermarkets and famous market Pazar with home-made products. In case you want to run from city noise you can make one day trip or excursion to islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis by ferry or speed boat which can be organized by the host. Guests can contact me via e-mail, Viber or WhApp The home is located in the center of Split and is a very quiet, peaceful, and romantic neighborhood. It is just 500 meters from Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and close to St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil, and Bacvice beach. Apartment is located on the lower floor of the house. Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Boutique Mljet is situated in the heart of the National Park Mljet, in the calm and picturesque village of Goveđari, ethnological and architectural interesting place from the 18th century. The distance to Veliko i Malo jezero is about 300m where you can enjoy in refreshing walk through pine tree forest, and relax in unspoiled nature. Also close to our house, there is the official entrance to National park where you dont need to have your own car, because it is a pedestrian and cycling area.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...
