We are retired couple, setting up new vacation home located in a prime coffee field. Guests can experience the tall silver oak trees, pepper vines and coffee bushes on the premises. The house has 450 sq ft grilled veranda to lounge and enjoy the chill breeze. The hall cum dining area 325 sq ft is the common area with TV, sofa set and couch. The two bedrooms are identical in size, with a king size bed and closet, with attached bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with gas cooking.

I Live in Chennai along with my Family. This is our First home in Salem, which we frequent whenever we are in our native. Its in the Center of the city with access to all major places like markets and bus stands within a 5-10 min drive. I wouldn't compare my place to a Hotel kind of Environment, but for those who visit Salem and need a safe place for a Family or group to stay at an affordable price, this is it. Come stay in our lovely two and a half bedroom 1800sqft. homestay on Pagoda Point road and use it as a base to explore Yercaud. It is located less than 1 km away from the Main Yercaud lake. It is a nice property with modern design and calm vibes. It is fully furnished and ensures safety, comfort and calm as it is in a gated community. Why pay too much for a small hotel room or 2 ? The homestay has UPS power back up, mineral water will be provided.
