Beautiful oceanfront villa, with a large private swimming pool, on over one acre of land. Ocean in front, a small creek on one side, and lush mountains behind. This is our most popular property. It has a nice terrace and gazebo by the pool. The setting is very peaceful, with a lot of open space. Big private lawn area, very safe for children to run around and play. Gardenia is at the end of our private road. One restaurant within walking distance and others that will deliver or pick you up.

Periwinkle Villa 3 Bedroom

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with some ocean views, 100 meters from the ocean. The swimming pool is just in front of the house and the ocean and beach 1 minute walk. Spacious and airy with gardens surrounding. Fully air conditioned. The upstairs bedroom is small but also has air conditioning and 2 single beds. There is a second bathroom with cold shower under the house. It is not very convenient but can be used.
