Greate luxury villa near the beach for up to 10

Really nice and clean house in western standard in the fenced community with guards and big pool. 6 bedrooms, large terrace with sofas and dining area, large living areas. Located about 400 meters from the very calm wonderful beach with views towards Koh Samed, among others in the sunniest part of Thailand. Here you will find a relaxing stay with good food, nice people and wonderful climate. The house is suitable for a large family or two normal-sized families, because the house has two wings.

*WIFI now available in room* This apartment room I hold so close to my heart since it is a place I used to spend every weekend at when I was young (we have renovated the place to put out for renting). This apartment got 2 bedrooms, 1 main bedroom with king size bed, 1 double room with 2 single beds. Living room has 1 sofa bed. This is a beachfront condo with amazing panoramic sea view room. This room can fit more than 4 adults but will have extra charge. Nearby restaurants are walking distance.

The house is only ten steps to a beautiful private beach. It is an ideal place for big family (with/without kids) or big group of people to enjoy sea and sand. The house is fully furnished and very spacious. It has high ceiling. It does have great views, especially in the two master bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. All the beds are comfy. Guests also have access to tennis court, gym and pool table. The house is close to a convenient store, several restaurants and two luxury hotels.

Well-planned, 132 sqm two bedrooms, 450 square m. private garden, one bathroom, living room, laundry room and kitchen. 55 inch smart tv. The Patio is 40 sqm, close by the saltwater-swimming pool in the well-kept community Blue Mango. The best communities in Mae Phim. Enjoy a quiet beautiful spacious garden. 250 meters to the ocean and kilometers of white sandy beaches. Many restaurants and shops. Seafood, Western and Mediterrainean, and of course fabulous Thai-food to friendly prices. Welcome!

Big western house near beach for up to 12 people

This 2 floor, high western standard, 6 bedrooms house is suitable for a large family with kids or 2 families together. The resort has beautiful garden with pool, padel court (half price for guests), facilities for other ball sports etc shared with only 4 other houses. House keeping included 120 meters away is a wonderful calm and endless beach with very few tourists. Several restaurants and Spas in the neighbourhood. The house is for sale.

Brand new 5 stars condominium inside of Marriott Rayong resort and spa, absolute beach front, biggest swimming pool of Thailand, the place is 2 bed rooms apartments, kitchen is fully equipped, bedding and towels provided and fast internet. Just refurnished in August 2018, everything in perfect condition for rental, and now motorized blinds on every window with remote control.

Amazing house near the beach

This is a beautiful large house with 3 large bedrooms upstairs and one smaller bedroom/office downstairs + 3 toilets and 2 showers, 1 bath tube and 1 outdoor shower. It.s located 300m from the beach in the friendly Mae Phim, about 2-3 hours drive from Bangkok. Electricity are not included in the price but payed separatly. Sawadee :)
