Laterally flows the little river Mildenitz from Dammerower Lake towards Goldberg, to the rear meadows and forest, in the nearby area extensive forests and (also bathing)lakes. Suitable for couples, families with and without children, dog owners and groups, as it can be rented as a whole (230sqm) as well as an apartment with 90sqm or as an apartment with 140sqm.

The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum suitable for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults. One SZ, living room with kitchen and a bathtub are provided. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

The apartment has a very good transport connection. 3 minutes by regional train to the main train station 2 tram stops are reachable in a few minutes' walk Shopping for groceries is right next door.

"Old carpentry shop"!!!! Apartment near the beach

Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as supermarket, bakery and small shops. On foot it is about 5 minutes to the famous lake bridge or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on the Luftbadstraße.
