Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this secluded coastal heaven. A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

Independent, romantic, self-catering cottage for two in a quiet area, short stroll to the beach/lagoon, shops and restaurants. At Pura Vida listen to the sound of the sea as you fall asleep and wake up to beautiful birdsong. Linen and beach towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and smart tv. A baby cot is available. This family and pet friendly two bedroomed house is perfectly situated in Kenton on Sea. It is walking distance to the beach, town and tennis club, is secure and private. Large open plan with a sea view from the lounge and main bedroom. The house is clean and has all modern amenities. The house is stand alone and you would have the whole place to yourself.
