Durch die dicken Wände ist die Wohnung auch am heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Gehobene Ausstattung. 50 Quadratmeter. Renoviertes Bad mit Bodenheizung. 100m/bits Internet. Prime,Disney+ vorhanden. Kingsize Doppelbett ,Queensize Doppelbett und kleine Schlafcouch. Wohnung wurde neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine alles da.

Idyll of forest and water

Idyllically quiet apartment on the edge of the forest in the Laabertal and yet a 15-minute drive from the World Heritage City of Regensburg (also very good bus and train connections available). Great hiking and cycling trails (e.g. Alpine and Jurasteig) directly from the front door. In addition, Nittendorf offers a good supply of things of daily use. Loving apartment

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.
