Hello, I am Tea, Ski lover from Tbilisi. It has been my long time dream to own an apartment in Gudauri and here it is. My very first Apartment in New Gudauri! I put a lot of effort to renovate it and create a unique atmosphere inside. I hope you will enjoy the way I designed every little detail to make you feel comfortable and hopefully you will take care of it as your own home. First guests will be welcomed in January 2019. Apart Gudauri LLC

Our apartment is located in the most comfortable spot in Gudauri. Skiers have an easy access to the cableway – Gondolas and can go up the hill right from the doorstep of our Apartment. 35 square meters room providing ample space for four guests (with one King Size Bed & Sofa). There is a large open plan living room and kitchen area with a bar, kitted out with modern amenities for your convenience. A great location and pleasant furnishings make "Apart Gudauri LLC" a wonderful holiday experience.

The apartment is located in New Gudauri, very close to the Gondola Lift (ski-in, ski-out concept). Check in and check out are flexible. The studio is 26 sq.m., on the 1st floor of the building with balcony. It includes one queen size bed and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items. Flat TV with cable channels and Wifi. The guests will find bed linens, one pair of towels per person, as well as free toiletries and slippers. The apartment has individual ski depot.
