Come stay in our simple summer cottage! The cottage has a separate entrance and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Around the corner you will find the dunes and at the end of the street is the beach and the cozy center of Katwijk. The bus stop, a stone's throw away, will take you quickly to Leiden, The Hague and Noordwijk. Parking is available at the Tramstraat garage, accessible on foot within 7 minutes (€1.80 p.u. / €10 day/ €35,- p.w.). It is good to know that the dimensions of the bed are 140X200.

This summerhouse is located in a quiet street in the nice centre of Katwijk aan Zee. 300 m from the beach. Also ideal as piont of departure for walking and cycling. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).

This centrally located monumental building in Katwijk was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with every comfort. The authentic atmosphere has been preserved, so it is wonderful to spend time in this cozy studio in the old village. The bus stops in front of the door and takes you to the beach or Leiden Central Station. Prefer cycling? After ten minutes on the stairs you are with your feet in the sand. Amsterdam and The Hague are more than half an hour away by car.

The house is 1.5 kilometers from the beach and is located in a neighborhood with many (free) parking options. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and 2 terraces. In the garden there is a shed where your bikes can be parked if necessary. For the children there are playground equipment available in the garden!

This amazing place to stay guarantees fun with the whole family. With 200m2 of indoor space and over 1000m2 of garden, you have a wonderful stay with both rain and sun. There are chickens available. Vacation home with dune views, 5 minutes ( car) from the beach. The lovely garden with table, BBQ and parking is private. Bathroom is on ground floor. The house has 1 floor. Upper floor max. 3 beds and in the living room a sofa bed for 2 people. Extra: Trampoline and table tennis. Garden is not suitable for rugby/soccer weekends. Also, use of marijuana is not allowed in/ around home.
