On the first floor there is a bathroom and three beautiful bright rooms and a balcony. Possibility of extra bed. The villa is centrally located in Løkkens old town, a few meters from the beach, surf environment, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and activity center as well as a few kilometers from Fårup Sommerland. Associated parking space as well as the possibility of laundry.

Beautiful villa with an extra apartment and jacuzzi!

Large single storey villa of 210 sqm + an extra apartment (17 sqm), located in a quiet residential area of Tofta, 1 mile north of Varberg center. Works well for one or two families. The house consists of 5 rooms and kitchen, of which 4 bedrooms with 7 beds (+ possibly extra mattress). The villa is built in 2016. It has a beautiful garden with jacuzzi tub (also indoor jacuzzi). The extra apartment has 3 beds with bathroom and kitchenette - construction year 2017. Parking is available at the house. 1.5 km to farm shop. 5 km to the swimming area.

Luksus villa 200 meters from beaches.

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Villa Valencia offers a perfect location for several families or the large group of friends who want to get away and enjoy a lovely holiday. It offers social spaces, a nice pool hangout with heated pool and walking distance both to salty baths and to the city. Large barbecue area and a fenced green area with trampoline. The house is fully equipped with all amenities, two bathrooms both with shower. Villa Valencia is set on a quiet dead-end street without disruptive traffic. Pets are of course welcome

Beautifull Villa by Hornbaek Lake and Beach

The Villa LakeView was build by a Sea Pilot. He needed to have a clear view to the ocean from his office. The garden toward the south is facing the Lake shore. The house is very big and roomy although very charming and cozy. Beeing located facing south on a dead end street only 100 Meter from center of town and only a few hounded meters from the Ocean - The Garage and a small appartment in the west end of the house is not part of the house for rent. But no facilities or garden are shared.
