The outdoor patio is part of the apartment. It's ideal for families . Near the house there is a children's fenced-in playground, tennis courts , a football field and a nearby Jimlíkov quarry for swimming. The bus stop is 100m from the house. The house is located directly on the bike path no. 2016. It's the starting point for winter and summer activities .

The cottage is located on Stříbrná in the Ore Mountains, near Kraslice, Bublava, Přebuz and the German cities Klingenthal, Schöneck and Markneukirchen. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go biking, hiking, forest fruits, or a trip to the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift there is a bigger snowy ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná nearby. It's quiet, peaceful and peaceful.
