Apartment WEST with an area of 25m2 is located on the 1st floor of a brick house in the center of KV overlooking the garden. The apartment is quiet, airy with high ceilings. The house where the apartment is located is the oldest in the given part of Karlovy Vary. Opposite the floor is the 2nd apartment called KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), which we also have on offer. The outdoor patio is part of the apartment. It's ideal for families . Near the house there is a children's fenced-in playground, tennis courts , a football field and a nearby Jimlíkov quarry for swimming. The bus stop is 100m from the house. The house is located directly on the bike path no. 2016. It's the starting point for winter and summer activities .

The affordable apartment is situated in the most desirable area of the city, so you can explore on foot the heart of Karlovy Vary. It is fully furnished in a smart and tidy fashion, and it also has a big fridge, small cooking machine, washing machine with built-in dryer, and microwave. You can watch NETFLIX, on a new smart TV. The two rooms have no separate entrances. There is also fast wifi. Not a luxury accommodation but very nice and the best value for money in the centre of the old town.

Spacious apartment with an absolutely unique location "in the centre of the centre" - at the beginning of the spa colonnade and near Masaryk Street, on which and in its surroundings are many good and affordable restaurants, bars, shops, etc. All rooms have views of Sadová kolonáda (the Park Colonnade) and the Thermal Hotel.
