Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The 4* *** star holiday home in a rare secluded location! Our holiday home contains almost exclusively high-quality branded appliances. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a large dining area with a solid wooden table and corner bench. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with a large parent bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The slightly smaller children's room with 2 beds(1 bunk bed) or sofa bed can certainly also be used by adults.

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people.
