Beautiful bright apartment, about 100 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of our beautiful country house villa. The separate entrance is accessible via an external staircase. Large living room with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connection, 3 min. to the motorway junction Kerpen A4/A61, Cologne West with shopping centre in about 12 minutes. Phantasialand Brühl approx. 15min., Brühler Schloss ca. 20 min., S-Bahn connection in the neighbouring village, approx. 20 min. to Cologne main station.

Epen, Comfortable holiday home, garden and veranda

Achter ons huis ligt ons comfortabele vakantiehuis, met een eigen entree, grote (omheinde) tuin en zonnige veranda. Vanuit de 2 slaapkamers zie je de heuvels. De natuur is dan ook dichtbij om heerlijk te fietsen en te wandelen. Meegenomen fietsen kun je veilig binnen stallen! Daarbij zorgt de ligging in het centrum voor allerlei gemakken. Zoals: supermarkt en bakker binnen handbereik, een groot aantal restaurantjes op loopafstand en de bushalte (o.a. verbinding naar Maastricht) op 200 meter.

Luxury studio located in private nature reserve right in the city with a lake of 1 hectare. Fully shielded from the inhabited area. Very clean swimming water. 100% privacy. Nice BBQ and on a warm summer evening or a campfire in the winter! Easily accessible from central station and highway. Central location: Aachen, Maastricht and Belgium on a stone's throw away. Brunssumerheide and observatory can be reached by foot. Located directly on the Limburg cycling routes.

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) Hannis holiday home - A country vacation in the Eifel/Rursee

Take a beautiful country vacation in the Eifel. Nideggen-Schmidt is a picturesque village near Rursee's. Here you can go hiking, take bike rides and swim on the swimming beach Eschauel. In Schmidt itself there is a very nice zoo with petting zoo for the smaller guests. In the cottage you will find everything you need for everyday life and large garden with climbing frame for the little ones. Pets will be charged as people: 10.00 per animal / night

Breinig is a district of the copper town of Stolberg. The location is ideal if you want to stay family and quiet at the same time. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but is very bright and welcoming due to the large windows. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small courtyard, which of course can also be used. A garden table and 4 chairs are available to enjoy the evening sun. Children are welcome.
