The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

In the old school house, the holiday home Old School extends over 2 floors with a living area of approx. 140 sqm. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the ground floor and the 2 apartments velvet mussel (approx. 60 sqm) and clam (approx. 50 sqm) on the upper floor.
