Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

In this place your family can stay near everything, the location is central. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transportation. If you are going to visit Preikestolen you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to the parking lot and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walking from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is in a charming residential area with villa building. Located in a quiet area sheltered for noise and traffic. Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is on the 11th floor with a lovely view of Gandsfjorden, Lifjell, Dalsnuten, Ullandhaugstårnet and Valbergstårnet. Located right by the water and has a small beach right downhill. Short way to walk to goodalen swimming area, nice hiking areas along the water. 10-15min walk to urban Eastern neighborhood, Ostehuset, andTou scene. 20 min walk to Pedersgata, 25-30min to the city center. Free parking. Bus goes 150m from, 3-5min to city center.
