Luxury Duplex 5 Minutes From Rothschild Blvd

A brand new 2 floors duplex: well equipped, has a special vibe and great neighbors. The living room is very big and fun with a 75 inch TV, comfortable and nice sofas and a legendary Taylor acoustic guitar. The kitchen has everything it needs to cook delicious and amazing meals. The balcony is great and has a lot of space. The rooms are spacious, cozy and comfortable with a nice desk, screen and everything you need for working or studying.
