Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

LAKE FRONT CABIN. BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES!! Completely renovated in 2021. Beautiful open concept kitchen with an oversized island. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a double oven! The entire front of the cabin is sliding doors and transom window so that you can soak up all the beauty of Lake Martin. The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch. Kayaks provided for you to enjoy!

Beautiful home, excellent amenities, ideal location in the desirable Kowaliga area, stunning big water views, private sandy beach, flat grassy yard, and excellent WiFi. The living space is surrounded by windows. The large deck, pier, and firepit provide great outdoor space. This home is near hiking trails, restaurants, concerts, shopping, & just 45 minutes to Auburn. Five Minutes Away: Kowaliga & Anchor Bay Marinas.

Gorgeous Home on Lake Martin!

Talk about the best in outdoor living! Perfect for quiet family trips in the woods. In addition to outdoor dining, a large porch fireplace is perfect for cozying up on cool evenings on a wraparound outdoor deck, or lazying away an afternoon on the bed swing overlooking the water. Lake life couldn't be better than hanging out on the huge upper deck of the large boathouse or along the water's edge with a boardwalk pier and sitting area!
