We are located near Linn Run State Park, Powdermill Nature Reserve, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, and the beautiful, quaint village of Ligonier! Great cottage nestled in the mountains on 63 wooded acres with barn, spring house and main house. Cottage has fireplace with first ring of logs provided. Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.

Newly renovated home on a private wooded lot-just 5 mi from Seven Springs Resort and 16 mi from Falling Water and Ohiopyle. Well equipped! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3bdrm/1.5 bath)! Relax & Enjoy the Mountains! ***We have recently replaced a couch and chair and some bedding that photos don’t reflect. We are scheduling new photo shoot and plan a remodel on 2024! If you want to see updates photos let me know and I’ll send some less professional ones!

This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
