Come enjoy our two-bedroom cottage situated between two bird sanctuaries in High Island. One and a half miles from the gulf. Calm and quiet surroundings while still being near Crystal Beach and just a short ferry ride from Galveston. Covered front and back patios with screened porch in the back and large deck for sitting out and enjoying the nature around you. Newly renovated in 2022/23. You can see the Eubank Woods Bird Sanctuary from the back yard, and Smith Oaks is less than 5 minutes walk.

Our cozy home is 1 min from some of the cutest shops & best food trucks on Port Neches Ave. You'll be minutes from Port Neches Park, Wheelhouse and the boat launch. It's the perfect location for a weekend getaway :) Inside, you'll find a nicely styled home to make your stay even more enjoyable. High ceilings, a lush large yard and a touch screen toaster... what more can you ask for?
