Studio Lavander with private garden

Small studio in an isolated, old fashioned village over 1000 years old. Recommended for younger people because of the many stairs and slopes.The studio has a covered terrace, garden and barbecue. Bakar does not have a beach, but 10 minutes from the village there are all major tourist places and beaches. To get to Bakar and move around the surrounding villages and towns, you need a car. Bakar is not a tourist place, jusat a small port village. Please read all the info further in description.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening, eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning, and/or buying fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.

Stunning sea view, recreation in a quiet place (dead-end street), a perfect place to relax and enjoy life. On the the private sunny terrace you can relax and enjoy the stunning sea view. The appartment is in the first floor of our beautiful sommer-house that is located on a quiet dead-end street with private entrance. Within walking distance: DRAŽICA & Pebble Beach (Havisce Bay) and a small supermarket. Public parking: it is allowed to park on the streets (without fees).
