Fully renovated, this modern loft consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with fireplace and overlooking a large private terrace closed and not opposite. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and fire pit We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Small house surrounded by vineyards, in a quiet wine property, perfect for 4 people. Small garden with barbecue and shoots for delicious grills. Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier.
