I am inserted in one of the best cond. of the Island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for bathing and water sports practice, we have a promenade for walking by the sea, children playground, kiosk and football pitch. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 01 master suite and qrto with bath. in the house and attached + one suite. Pool, full gourmet area and for your greatest comfort a balcony with hammock for you to take that nap or chat !!!!
