Dobrodošli! Nudimo smještaj u potpuno renoviranoj kamenoj kućici uz more za 4 osobe. Kuća ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonu i čajnu kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom. Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja u tipičnoj istarskoj taverni s kaminom, natkrivena terasa sa pogledom na more, prostran vrt sa ležaljkama, solarnim tušem i roštiljem, prostor sa perilicom rublja i ostavom za bicikle te natkriveno parkiralište. U cijeni je uključen i najam bicikla ( 4 Giant mountain bikes: 2 L i 2 M).

Cozy little house in the garden behind the family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach. There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.

Holiday home by the sea with garden and terrace

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The cottage is located in Pješčana Uvala near the Soline Forest, 4 km from the ancient town of Pula. Near the house there are two beaches: Pješčana Uvala and /or Uvala Soline, both about 700 m away, about 10 minutes walk. There are more than 20 bathing beaches within 5 km. Cape Kamenjak, close to the village of Prementura, is definitely worth seeing.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Secluded 2-bedroom house surrounded by nature

Unwind at this secluded vacation house on the outskirts of a small village. Enjoy the forest and meadow view from the pool and extensive garden. The house is located in the heart of Istria, with only 30min drive to the beautiful beaches on either side of the peninsula. Although shops, restaurants and the motorway are 5-10 min away, the area is peaceful and secluded.
