My house is luxury residence with great location and it has 7/24 security and a lot of facilities . Ferry Port and Kadıköy (center) are in walking distance and u can arrive whereever u want in Istanbul (Asian or European side) bu using metrobus (fikirtepe station) just 5minute walking distance to my house. Location is very close to shopping mall, market, phermacy also. Merkezî konumda bulunan bu sakin yerde şık ve lüks olanaklı rahat bir konaklamanın tadını çıkarın.

Evim merkezi bir konumda olup etrafında tarihi olarak gezip görebileceğiniz bir çok yer bulunmaktadır. Bilgi Üniversitesine çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanı araba ile 15 dakika, metro ile 25 dakikadır. Pierre Lotti Tepesi, Eyüpsultan Camii gibi tarihi yerlere haritadan bakıp yürüyerek gitmeniz mümkün. Tarihi yarımada, Eminönü ise tramvay ile 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Deniz manzarası ve evin ferahlığını da eve girince anlayacaksınız :)
