This is an unique place for the Paris lovers : a penthouse triplex in an historical 400+ years old building, in the very heart of the original Paris, Le Quartier latin (the Latin Quarter), a few meters away form the Seine river and Notre Dame cathedral. The cherry on the top, so to speak, is our garden, overlooking the city, but after 5 floors without a lift, sorry for that, with an incredible view on Notre Dame, but also the Saint Severin Church, the Pantheon and... the Eiffel Tower !

The land is closed and allows the secure parking of a car or a van;it consists of an entrance ,a kitchen equipped with a fridge, 2 induction hobs,a microwave etc...,a large living room with a wood fire on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and possibility of a 3rd bedroom on the 2nd.
