One bedroom two level townhome on Folly Beach, short walk to the beach and Center Street restaurants and 10 mile easy drive into Historic Downtown Charleston. Balcony faces West with beautiful sunsets. Wonderful neighbors on either side who will chat or let you be … your choice. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. You can view both sunrises and sunsets on Folly Beach because the Island runs East/West. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

This charming little bungalow backs to Folly Creek, is two blocks from the beach and a short bike ride to the restaurants and bars on Center Street. There is an outdoor deck that overlooks the marsh and has beautiful sunset views.
