Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country house style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shore of Lake Constance, sunbathing lawn and gardening directly at the lake only about 400m away, about 900m to the station Fischbach, to the fair about 6.5 km. Baker and bus stop at 300m.

From our "Nurdachhaus" you only need 12 minutes walk to the nearest beach. If the weather is not so good, there are thermal baths, museums and many other destinations in the area. Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops in the direction of Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is in 5 minutes and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Beautiful flat in historic center of Überlingen

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Lakeshore house | veranda in natural environment

The lake house is located on stilts directly on Lake Constance. On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises.
