Beautiful equipped house, comfy and cozy. Accommodated 4 people - 2 suites with split air-conditioning. Large lounge and dining room with air conditioning, connected to the kitchen and a covered balcony. Open indoor patio with a small pool integrated into the garden. Covered garage for two cars, one of them with automatic gate. Located on the beach of Itaquanduba, easy access to the beach and bike path, great for practicing sports, hiking and beach tennis game.

Wonderful Chalet 50m from Portinho Beach

Wonderful chalet with 400mb of internet located 50m from Portinho Beach, with easy access on foot to the nearby beaches. Bedroom with double bed with Smart TV and internet, cozy well decorated bathroom and well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, water filter, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, refrigerator and utensils in general. There is no parking, but you have the option of parking on the street itself or on the side street, which is super safe.
