Minutes to hunting perfection, dogs welcome, quiet

Home was built in 1918 and we have kept a lot of the original craftsmanship and charm. Vintage doors and flooring. A 5 minute drive to the Twin Lakes boat ramp, plenty of room for all of your toys. Boats, trailers, fifth wheel will all fit on this acre lot in quiet Jolley. Pheasant hunters and their dogs are welcome. Lots of great public hunting in Calhoun county. Great place to vacation in the summer or if you're looking to work remote for a week there is a dedicated work area and Wifi.

Brand New - Cabin / Shouse - Hot Tub

Come and relax a mile from Emmetsburg (hard serviced roads.) You will have a three bedroom guest house to yourself. There is a covered porch and hot tub for you. Views of the miniature highland cows and acres of state and county public hunting ground will surround you. We also have a walking path around our acreage, or walk along the path at the Des Moines River. Or, just relax. The shouse is located on the same property as our house, but located so we can not see it from our house.

Peaceful Rest Apartment

One bedroom upstairs apartment, with a comfortable living room, kitchen with eating area, bedroom with two queen beds. You can sit outside and relax on the small deck, or come down and enjoy a fire in the fire pit. Centrally located, just a short distance from the 6 mile Boone River Recreational trail, and one block from the 2 mile Brewer Creek trail. The Fuller Hall Rec Center, library, and Community Theater are are all 1/2 mile away. The hospital is just a mile from the apartment

This unique home has a style all its own. Owners do not live in this house. Private fenced in back yard with a large cedar deck, outdoor seating for up to 16, patio with a fire pit, lighting around the fence line and outdoor TV. Finished basement with indoor hot tub and TV. Also a workout room complete with a treadmill, stationary bike and weights. Large dining table that seats 10. If bringing pets, you must register the pets at checkout on the booking please.

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with one bedroom on main level and another bedroom on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.
