Chill spot, just outside NYC

Just renovated, spacious and private 2bed/ 1bath apt. The place includes: washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC, heat, WIFI, apple tv (Netflix), and private entrance. We are located just a few blocks away from NJ transit bus stop. Commuting to port authority NYC in 15-20 mins. Deli, pharmacy, parks, playgrounds, and a variety of eateries are within 5-10 minute distance. Street parking requires a permit. You may use my driveway to park 1 car. Always leave car key inside apt incase of an emergency.

Our hip urban home is a great base for your City adventures! Gorgeous chef's kitchen, two TVs with fast WiFi. Ideal for groups of 6 to 10 (but sleeps 16+). Vibrant NYC vibe, family-friendly neighborhood, a short 20 min. walk to Journal Square PATH station which has buses & trains to NYC, Hoboken and Newark Airport, all a 10-25 min subway ride. Or at the corner catch bus #119 straight to midtown! Our family lives in the downstairs attached home. Ask about add’l bed/bath & rented parking space.

WE HAVE A BUS STOP INFRONT OF THE HOUSE WHERE YOU CAN CATCH A BUS THAT'LL TAKE YOU TO THE BUS TERMINAL IN TIME SQUARE MANHATTAN, NY. This family friendly guest house can be the perfect get away for you. It is lit well with natural lighting and spacious quarters. All 3 rooms have queen beds and fresh towels. The new American Dream Mall is a 10 minute drive away. Some of the main attractions is the Nickelodeon Amusement Park, Dreamworks WaterPark, Blacklight Minigolf, and Lego-Land.

This private room covers all your basic needs plus an excellent view of the Manhattan skyline. The Bus Stop is conveniently located about 60 feet from the room towards the right when walking out of the property. When you arrive at the corner of 54th St, walk across the street and that will be the bus stop. Take any bus and it will stop at the Port Authority Bus Terminal / 42nd St/ Time Square. Buses run to and from Manhattan 24 hours seven days a week.
