New construction so new stainless appliances, new furnishings, 1 king bed, 1 queen, and a twin area for kids! (Blow up beds available). Sleeps 6-8. Washer/dryer on each floor (2 levels), walk in closets, bamboo wood floors, jacuzzi tub/shower, dishwasher, all kitchen supply's, coffee pot, outdoor table for eating or coffee at sunset, deck by the water with fire pit, and more. Minutes from Oaklawn racing and shopping! A must see!

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus bunks) house on Lake Hamilton. It's a perfect place to enjoy the lake or the many things that Hot Springs has to offer. Extra amenities include smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms. We have a beautiful lake view from both levels of deck with sitting and dining areas, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit. Down near the water we have a canoe, kayaks, a standup paddle board, and a dock where you can store your boat, swim, or fish.

Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

"Paradise Palms" Luxurious home on Lake Hamilton

This luxurious home is located on a large cove off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. Nearly all rooms have a view of the lake. The master suite features a deck overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub and large multi-head shower. An entertainers dream; upgraded kitchen and game room leading out onto a fully-furnished deck with outdoor kitchen. The large garden, lawn and pebbled beach area are amazing areas for kids to play. The fire pit overlooks the lake for sun-downers.
