Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

All apartment in the Black Forest!

The apartment is on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, greet all guests warmly and make the check-in. The accommodation can only be booked without animals. Absolute smoking ban in the house! Smoking on balcony allowed (close balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue area and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. In the apartment there are some board games and the like.

The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our quaint half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 exploratory chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly bitch.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
