For multi-family and group travel, you can stay in a relaxing space by securing a private space for each. The owner lives on the 3rd floor, and there is also a free handmade breakfast service at the 1st floor cafe! From Umeda, there are 2 stops on the JR Loop Line, a 4-minute walk, and there are many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants in front of the station. Starting from B&B Japanic, you can access major tourist cities such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara and Wakayama on a day trip.3 stops to USJ with excellent access!　You can also access Namba and Tennoji without changing trains. Peace&One is located in the middle of Mt.Shakushi, the sacred mountain of Northern Mt.Fuji area. We use 100% natural mineral spring water for drinking and bathing. We have good sound system cafe&bar. The price include shuttle from Mt.Fuji station, mineral water, ice, breakfast. You can also enjoy the outdoor extreme sauna for 2,000yen per person and BBQ equipment rental for 1,000yen per person. My house is just 7minute far from ski resort.(Miyagi Zao Eboshi ski resort). My hous is 7minutes by car from Togatta Onsen town. The environment is rich in neture and very quiet and the starry sky is beautiful. and you can enjoy hot spring in my house. *Meals can be provided upon request. *There is a kitchen,refrigerator,microwave oven, toaster, and tableware that can use freely. *my house have car park *please contact us for transportation from the Togatta Onsen bus stop.

With gorgeous views of Lake Biwa east, forests and mountains west & south, we are surrounded by nature. Biwako Valley ski and scenic resort is nearby; Kyoto just 30 minutes away by local train. Lake Biwa beaches and hiking trails are nearby too. If coming by train, inquire about us picking you up at Horai station before reserving. See our garden, fruit trees, and friendly dogs! Due to regulations, we cannot serve dinner but can recommend restaurants.
